1. Returns and Refunds for Non-Faulty Products

We offer a 7-day return policy for non-faulty, unused products with a 10% restocking fee deduction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return and refund within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging, undamaged and unused.
  • All accessories, tags, and documentation must be included.
  • Products will only be accepted for return if they are not the same as described.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund as follows:

  • For Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, or Wallet Payments: The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
  • For Cash on Delivery Payments: The refund will be issued through bank transfer or another agreed-upon method.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • We shipped an incorrect product.
  • The product received was faulty or damaged.

We recommend using a reliable courier service for returns.

5. Refund Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are not as described:

  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Items marked as non-returnable.
