Warranties and Limitations of Liability

Checking Warranty on Used Items

All eligible electronics sold by Kamal Solar House come with a seven (7) day checking warranty, starting from the date of delivery. This excludes products explicitly marked with “No Warranty.”

Eligible Products for Checking Warranty:

  • Solar Inverters
  • VA Protectors
  • Breakers
  • Smart WiFi Devices

Note: The warranty will be void if the product suffers external damage, including but not limited to:

  • Falls or impacts
  • Cracks or scratches
  • Improper handling

Warranty Card

Your purchase receipt or order details serve as your warranty card. A printed invoice is not mandatory; we can access your order details using your order number.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental or intentional damage
  • Improper use, such as exposure to liquids or bending
  • Damage caused by uncontrollable external forces, such as floods, fires, or earthquakes
  • Damage resulting from disassembly, self-repair, or unauthorized modifications
  • Damage caused by Force Majeure events (e.g., lightning, natural disasters, or fires)

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Warranty for Brand New (Box Packed) Items

Certain brand-new, box-packed items may include a manufacturer’s warranty. To verify these warranties, please refer to the specific manufacturer’s official website or documentation.

  • Some items may be imported from China, the UAE, or other countries. For such products, warranty terms are between the buyer and the manufacturer, and Mega Godam is not responsible for providing service for these warranties.

Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability for any product is limited to the purchase price paid. Mega Godam assumes no additional responsibility or liability beyond this amount.
